As a total noob, I visited the store looking for a bike to commute to work on, plus accessories. I spent 2 hours with Mark going through all the options and doing multiple laps of the car park. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Mark had all the patience in the world and very knowledgeable about the products. For me, the biggest advantage of buying in-store was that staff helped me choose the right items for my needs and budget.

Very helpful staff and took their time in sorting me a bike that would be suitable for me. As someone mentioned jay went out of his way to explain things to me and give me some tips. There was another lad forgot his name but he was also very friendly and approachable
